This hydraulic tank, designed to hold approximately 50 gallons, is crafted from durable 3/16” aluminum, ensuring robust performance and longevity. It features two 1.5” aluminum ports on the bottom—one on each side for suction and return—facilitating efficient fluid circulation. Inside, cross baffles are strategically placed to guide the returning hydraulic fluid through a winding path, allowing ample time to cool before it is drawn back through the suction port. The tank is topped with a vented cap for optimal pressure regulation and safety.
Mounting tabs are welded to the back and front, enabling secure bolting to a deck plate or cab guard. The tank’s sleek, toolbox-like design fits seamlessly between the cab guard gussets on a semi-truck, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. It is fully welded inside and out for maximum strength and powder-coated in a glossy black finish, adding a quality, polished look to its rugged construction.
